At Lang’s Fishing Adventures, we strive to provide the best fishing experience possible. However, certain factors are beyond our control, including:

• Weather and water conditions.
• Travel and/or accommodations leading up to your fishing trip.
• Mechanical failures – Despite our efforts to maintain and care for our boats and equipment, mechanical failures may occur. In such cases, we will attempt to continue our services using alternative boats, either from our fleet or through subcontracting.
• Changes or closures in fishing regulations.

We aim to offer a safe and professional service and may supplement our services with subcontracted boats, guides, equipment, and accommodations at our discretion.

Booking

• Trip dates are reserved on a “first come, first serve” basis.
• We can hold trip dates without payment until another party expresses interest in the same dates and is prepared to make payment. We will attempt to notify you, but cannot guarantee the availability of your dates without payment.
  Full payment is required to guarantee your trip dates.

Payment Policy

Full payment must be made at least 30 days in advance to confirm your booking.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

• Cancellations with more than 30 days’ notice: We will credit all monies paid to date back to the client.
• Cancellations within 30 days of the reserved trip’s first date: The payment amount will be withheld but can be transferred towards rescheduling the trip within one (1) year from the original date, subject to availability and the same terms.
• Cancellations within seven (7) days or less notice: This will result in loss of payment and trip.

• Safety is our top priority. All guests must adhere to the safety instructions provided by our guides.
• Fishing can involve potentially dangerous situations. Guests must follow all guidelines and instructions to ensure a safe experience for everyone.
• Lang’s Fishing Adventures reserves the right to terminate the trip without refund if safety guidelines are not followed or if conduct is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
