Lang’s Fishing Adventures Loyalty Draw 

Terms and Conditions

1.Eligibility

•This draw is open to all individuals who are on our mailing list at Lang’s Fishing Adventures and subscribed to our newsletter mailing list as of December 24th, 2024..

•Entrants must be 18 years or older and able to travel to Mission, BC to claim prize.

2.Entry Requirements

•All entries were automatically collected via subscription to the Lang’s Fishing Adventures newsletter mailing list. No additional purchase or action is required to enter.

3.Prize

•The prize is one (1) free fishing trip with Lang’s Fishing Adventures, an 8 hour sturgeon trip for up to 4 people 

•The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

4.Draw Details

•The winner will be selected randomly from the entire list of eligible newsletter subscribers.

•The draw will take place on December 25th, 2024.

•The winner will be notified via email at the address provided during newsletter signup.

5.Claiming the Prize

•The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 1 year.

6.Additional Costs

•The prize includes an 8 hour sturgeon trip for up to 4 people.

•The winner is responsible for any additional costs not specified as part of the prize, such as travel to the location or personal expenses.

7.General Conditions

•By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

•Lang’s Fishing Adventures reserves the right to modify or cancel the draw at any time without prior notice.

•The draw is subject to all applicable local, provincial, and federal laws and regulations.
